10th Generation Nike LeBron (LeBron X)

I may not be a LeBron or a heat fan but I will not hesitate to acknowledge the amount of effort, and innovation that Nike has historically built into LeBron’s shoe line.
6th Generation

7th Generation

8th Generation

9th Generation

The Nike LeBron 10 to me is the pinnacle of Nike shoe design thus far! The features on this shoe are mind-blowing to the point where I don’t even know where to start the highlights. I think one of the great things about this shoe is the amount of color variations that should considerably cut down on that awkward feeling you get when you walk past someone with the same exact shoe as you (I cannot stand that feeling). I know most of you Air Jordan buyers can attest to that feeling but this shoe are offered in blues, greens, reds, pinks, black, and white so far so finding someone with the same shoe and color might be a little difficult, but this a good thing as you can more freely express your individuality.

The Nike LeBron 10th generation shoe is offered at around the $200 price range and a second version near the $275 price range that boasts a "Nike plus" sports package. The Nike sports package is a technological shoe upgrade that comes equipped with a full line of built in (inside the shoe) sensors to tell you about your basketball game performance. This shoe (with sports package equipped) will communicate with the Nike plus app (free to download) on your phone and record everything from your vertical jump to pressure points on your feet. Then the app will give you feedback and tips for improving your game, whether you’re walking, running, jumping, or playing basketball. Yes, the shoe does all of this but you are looking at paying $275-$300 for the sports package. I know what some people are saying, “If it cost $300 it better make me play like LeBron James!”

GOOD NEWS, IT MIGHT ACTUALLY MAKE YOU PLAY LIKE HIM!

Without the sports package the shoe is still a great work of art and a highly functional basketball shoe. LeBron 10th generation shoe features a full 360 degree air max cushion that makes the shoe absolutely like walking on air. The full air max bed is much better than previous models that may have only contained the cushion in the heel. Staying with the comfortably of the shoe, the shoe features a full Nike flywire technology system. The Nike flywire system are like little rubber bands inside the shoe that allow it to stretch and move with your foot but return to is  proper form after moving. This provides a great advantage of other shoes because your foot does not slide or move once in the shoe, the shoe will also not stretch out of place and become uncomfortable. The flywire system is the same system found on the Nike Hyperdunk shoes but the flywires are now encased in a outer composite covering to prevent damaging but can still be seen through the mesh vents on the instep and the outstep of the shoe. Speaking of the vents, as you can see in the pictures the shoe contains many vents (I count 10) and a mesh ventilated tongue to keep continuous cool air flow in and out of the sneaker for added comfort.

This was such a great sneaker that I absolutely had to have a pair, no questions asked. I can honestly say that this is one on the best sneakers I have bought in a very long time and is a much needed upgrade (in my opinion) over the 9th generation Nike LeBron shoes. However I did not find the need to purchase the sports package because I don’t intend to play basketball in these shoes for a while but I can only imagine the experience.

I would recommend these shoes to everyone as a splurge gift, or sneaker investment for yourself or as a gift your boyfriend, son dad, girlfriend etc.

Don’t forget to comment and let me know what you think about the shoe and if you would purchase this shoe or not.

I'm not a fan of these shoes. They seem gaudy and overpriced.

Not a huge Lebron fan or a fan of these sneakers. Maybe on a guy they'll look good, but not on a girl.

My sons and I were in the mall on Friday and saw these shoes. My younger son looked as if he saw Christ! He was stuck and said he had to have them. Although he did not get them Friday, he will have them. I just want them to be a surprise. Im a sucker for the kids!

The shoes are not typically a shoe I would buy, but the fact that they are silver is preety cool. I agree with Iesha they do look like space shoes but they remind me of Dunkins, which are also known as space shoes. I think this shoe could be very popular because the dunkins are popular.

I am a jordan fan, but I also like the Lebrons. I like the fact that he is continuing to make them better and update them. I think it was a good business move on his part, and this is something that he could continue. I also like the shoe. I haven't gotten a pair yet but I hear that they are very comfortable and these are the type of shoes that could effortlessly make your outfit because they stand out so much.
